So yeah I got to hear from

Yeah!
Mainly though I couldn't help him. He wanted to know my plans and more specifically my living arrangement intentions for my return. I would love to know them to. I think it would be awesome and amazing to live with
blumerdeluxe
iwashomeskooled but I'm not sure it is the wisest decision to agree to a lease when I am returning to no job and maybe 1-2 months rent at the most. 1-2 months seems like enough time to find a job yet I went Jan-May without finding anything in Ft. Collins. Is this a lack of faith on my part? I'm pretty anxious about this because I would love to stay in FC. and I don't think my parents even have room for me so I'm not sure I could even live with them if things don't turn out. It would be really nice to have a stable job and living situation for at least some time. Keep it in prayers, I need God to speak to me clearly here because I have no idea what I should do.

I'm pretty sure...
I'm pretty sure you're supposed to step out in faith here. ;-) (Said the guy who went a year and a half unemployed, stressed, and disoriented after he got done with college)In all seriousness, I'm praying that something is going to work out here (needs to very soon), but if it doesn't, it doesn't.
But you need to hurry up and decide something because I have the perfect thing for our game and I need to know where to send it. :-D

Re: I'm pretty sure...
Could you give me info at least that will help the decisionI need to know
1. How much is rent
2. How long is the lease
3. Obviously the sooner I decide the better but is there like a date you could give me that would be a day I have to let you know by?
4. Is there any option for co leasing say I sign the lease but don't find a job but I could find a replacement?
5. On average what is utility cost / any utilities covered in rent?
I'll e-mail Dave as well I need to know what my options there are as well.
Hopefully I'll be able to le tyou know soon.

Re: I'm pretty sure...
Sure.Rent: Rent is $350/mo., but there is a kickback of $25 for mowing/raking/shoveling snow up to $100 for the house per month.
Lease: It is a one-year lease.
Know by: I have to know 5 minutes before the inevitable confrontation with the two guys who have just decided that they want to stay on and are not doing anything about making other arrangements.
Subleasing: That's fine.
Utils: Summer months: approx $60. Winter: $95 (This includes water, electricity, trash, gas, cable tv, & cable internet (no phone))
And if you do elect to join us, the cat will be temporarily displaced and I will vacuum the house with a Dyson vacuum for you. :D Any other questions I can answer for you?
